These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Plovers.io website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Plovers.io provides software development and digital services, including web and mobile development, UI/UX design, quality assurance, DevOps and cloud services, data analytics, automation, and related AI products.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement between you and Plovers.io.

Project pricing is provided per engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on each invoice.

Estimates are based on the scope agreed at the time of quoting. Significant changes to scope may affect timelines and cost, which we will communicate before proceeding.

To deliver quality work on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required assets, and access to any systems or accounts necessary to complete the engagement.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content or materials you provide do not infringe the rights of third parties.

Upon full payment for an engagement, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Plovers.io retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and general know-how used to deliver the Services. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the Services.

We deliver our Services with professional care and skill. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plovers.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

Our Services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties, and their use may be subject to their own terms.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
